Apple news is good fodder for blog posts and podcasts as a conduit for critiques and complaints, but more people in the community—not pointing a finger at Matt here—should be mindful that not every Apple product has to be for you. Also, not every product launch must be a spectacle.

iPad
Here’s what I predicted would happen with the base iPad this year:
I fully expect to see the 11th gen iPad in 2025, and I think it will come with a jump to the A17 Pro or M1
@steven_aquino Thank you for the shout out! And totally with you on not all products needing to be for you. I made sure to have a quick aside at the end about life being too short to be upset about updates to products I was never going to buy in the first place
